Laura’s time in our home absolutely helped me to “reclaim my space.” For months, piles of stuff had been collecting outside our large storage area in the basement. The storage space itself had gotten completely out of hand, and I was overwhelmed with the prospect of taking on such a huge project. Where to begin? (So I didn’t begin!) Laura brought order out of chaos with her step-by-step approach to surveying, sorting, cleaning, and organizing. It was so helpful to have an objective opinion as I decided what to keep, donate, or trash. My storage space was literally transformed and she freed up so much space that we were able to transfer everything from a craft closet to the storage area so my teenage daughter could have a place for her clothes! Laura came to my house to assess some problem areas for me. We looked at my living room and my downstairs (both in need of major organization!) and we chose the living room because that is what I have to look at the most. She was amazing! She was so easy-going and very intuitive with what needed to be done. She immediately began delving into my junk and didn’t care at all or make me feel bad that she had to look at all my disorganization. Her ideas were a mix of “Duh, why didn’t I think of that!” and “Oh my goodness, that makes so much sense!” I think having someone else come in and look at your situation gives a clarity that you just don’t have. My area was cleaned up in just a few hours and I am actually sticking with a lot of the organizational hacks she shared with me. I definitely would have her come out and help me again! She is great!

Every time I looked into our storage room I felt overwhelmed. As a mom of three, one of those being a tiny new baby, the storage room just felt like another impossible project that I needed to tackle. Who has time to organize a storage room you can’t even walk through when you need to tend to kids, do laundry, work on three meals a day, run errands….oh, did I mention laundry already???? Well I decided I needed help and I turned to Laura. She literally came into my home and started right away. It was breath-taking when I walked into the storage room! There is now so much floor space, you can dance in there! Not only did she make room but she labeled everything so we know exactly what is in every box! I highly recommend her; she is very professional and quick. I will most definitely be using her again. Oh, and by the way, my husband’s face was priceless when he got home and saw the room. I had Laura come to help organize the one room of my house that I was completely overwhelmed by…my homeschool/play room. That room was a crazy mess. Laura stepped in without a judgmental bone in her body and helped me take charge. She gently led me in the process of taking everything off shelves, book cases, and desks, evaluating what was needed, and replacing things in their proper places. I thought we’d get about 1/4 of the room done in the time she was there, but we ended up finishing the entire thing! She’s so efficient!
